At Me to You, we want you to love your new fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and stylish in every piece you purchase from our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all designer tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
